The development
“reinterprets a strong architectural and modern signature while incorporating contemporary markers to achieve
‘smart building’status”. The
cosmopolitan-style development intends to respond to the city’s rising demand for a work-life balance while bringing multiple
aspects of urban life into one consolidated
building. The design is an amalgamation of retail stores on the lower floors of the precinct incorporating anchor stores,
the recreational spaces then planned over the retail floors comprising of Multiplex,
Food court, Gamin zone & splendid terrace overlooking the exquisite
landscaped area below.
The hotel, consisting of 3 storeys, rests over the recreational zone of the mall followed by the office space on the top. The terrace of the building encompasses of green spaces, a swimming pool and seating under the shading pergolas and tensile structure with expansive views of the Aravali range.The architectural elements of the design includes its unique leaf-like structure having various elevation elements such as the cross bracing over the recreational zone of the building, glass with ACP panels over the office space giving a corporate look, anchor store highlighted by the glass façade for maximum porosity, etc.
